Key Valet and car wash
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before requesting our services.
By handing over your vehicle to our representatives or using our website or services, you acknowledge and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. The terms "We", "Us", or "The Company" refer to "The Key Car Valet and Wash", and the term "You" or "The Client" refers to the service user.
1. Scope of Service and Operations
* Service Time: The estimated waiting time to retrieve the vehicle is 15 minutes. This duration may vary based on traffic conditions and work pressure, and we do not bear responsibility for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
* Vehicle Movement: Our staff has the right to drive the vehicle and move it to any location we believe appropriate within our facilities or designated parking areas for the purpose of providing the service.
* Right of Refusal: The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle at its sole discretion.
2. Client Responsibilities
* Ownership: You warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or the authorized agent of the owner, and have full authority to hand it over to us and accept these terms.
* Disclosure of Defects: You must inform us in advance of any defects, damages, or weaknesses in vehicle parts (such as paint, accessories, or mechanical parts) before the service begins.
* Valuables: All money, jewelry, electronic devices, and any valuable items must be removed from the vehicle before departure. The Company is absolutely not responsible for the loss or damage of any property left inside the vehicle.
* Keys: You must ensure you have a spare copy of the vehicle keys. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from lost keys or keys locked inside the vehicle.
* Child Seats: The responsibility for removing and reinstalling child seats and booster seats lies entirely with you. Our staff is not permitted to do so for safety reasons.
3. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
* Insurance: We do not insure vehicles against loss or damage while they are with us. Vehicle insurance is entirely the client's responsibility.
* Mechanical Faults: The Company is not responsible for any mechanical or electrical faults that may appear during the service period, after handing over the vehicle to the client, or after leaving the site.
* Old and Modified Vehicles: Vehicles over 3 years old, or those containing non-original paint (repainted), or plastic parts affected by the sun, are washed and serviced at the client's own risk. We do not bear responsibility for paint peeling or damage to fragile parts during cleaning.
* Force Majeure: We do not bear responsibility for any damage or delay resulting from force majeure, natural accidents, or police and government authority procedures.
4. Prices and Payment
* Payment: Service fees must be paid (by cash or card) before work begins according to the announced price list.
* Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Collection and Vehicle Inspection
* Collection Ticket: The vehicle will be handed over to the holder of the original ticket or the approved SMS. In case of a lost ticket, proof of ownership and a valid ID are required.
* Inspection Before Departure: You must inspect your vehicle and ensure the quality of service and vehicle safety before leaving the site.
* Complaints: No complaints regarding missing items or damages will be accepted after the vehicle leaves our site. The vehicle leaving the site constitutes an acknowledgment of receiving it in good condition.
6. Accidents and Damages
* In the event of an accident (God forbid) while the vehicle is in the Company's custody:
* For minor accidents (scratches): The client agrees to have them repaired at a workshop approved by us.
* For major accidents: These will be handled via a traffic report and insurance companies in accordance with Qatari law.
* The Company is not obliged to provide a "replacement car" or pay compensation for the period the vehicle is out of service or for the depreciation of its market value.
7. Abandoned Vehicles
* The maximum duration for the vehicle to remain in our parking is 12 hours.
* In case the vehicle is not claimed after this period expires, the Company has the right to notify the Qatari Traffic Department and security authorities to take necessary measures (including towing the vehicle), and the client bears all resulting costs and fines.
8. Privacy Policy
By using the service, you agree to our right to collect and use your personal data (name, phone, vehicle information) for service provision, operational improvement, and marketing purposes. We also have the right to photograph the vehicle to document its condition upon receipt to guarantee the rights of both parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. These terms do not affect your basic rights guaranteed under Consumer Protection Law No. (8) of 2008, to the extent that cannot be legally excluded.
